my name is Sarah and I teach transformative journaling techniques, digital detox tips, and offer self-care promoting lifestyle re-boots.
I am passionate about using daily writing as a tool for healing and self-transformation.
I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have a background working as an intern therapist in various clinical settings. I have now decided to pursue my passion for mental health by becoming a facilitator and educator, where I share helpful tools related to journaling and self care in group settings ![]()
I also have a background as a practitioner of Bhakti Yoga, and lived in an ashrama for several years where I cultivated my practice of mantra meditation and studied ancient yogic texts like Bhagavad-gita which is an inspiration behind my teaching and understanding of the mind.
